Ashley Church, Founder of Coastal HR Solutions, has over 15 years of progressive human resources experience. After succeeding in roles in organization development, learning and development for both employees and external end users, Ashley jumped into the generalist HR field. She fulfilled all aspects of HR: talent acquisition (a personal favorite), employee engagement strategy, employee and labor relations, payroll and benefit administration and much more.
She recently completed a project to develop the HR platform for a growing hospitality business- strategically implementing all aspects from HRIS implementation, talent acquisition of over 700 employees (!) and creating a dynamic culture that is now a leader in the industry.
When Ashley isn't jumping into all things HR, she is busy with her boys- two boys, Camden & Beckett, Porter (pup) and Husband (3rd child sometimes).
